Your Sushi Isn’t What It Seems: New Study Exposes Rampant Salmon Fraud

Researchers in Seattle discovered that salmon products are still frequently mislabeled in grocery stores and sushi restaurants, despite a law passed over a decade ago aimed at reducing such fraud.
