CyberHoot: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

What is 2FA and why is it Important?

This video is part of CyberHoot’s foundational cyber literacy 101 video program.  It focuses on two-factor (aka: multi-factor) authentication. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a critical security measure used by online websites to authenticate yourself.  All your critical accounts should have 2FA or MFA enabled on them including:

    • Banking, Investments, and Finance websites
    • VPN Access
    • Email such as O365, Google Suite, or even free email accounts (Google, Yahoo etc).

This video along with the others in our ‘Video Library’ are examples of what you can see when you use CyberHoot’s training platform. Our library does not stop at cyber literacy training, as it is also chalk full with more than 600+ videos covering most Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software training from vendors themselves.
