HowTo: Add an MSP Super Admin to CyberHoot.

These instructions provide a step-by-step guide for adding a Super Admin to CyberHoot’s multi-tenant platforms (Power and Autopilot).

As an MSP, it’s common to assign your own staff as Super Admin to help manage CyberHoot on behalf of your clients. Please note that only existing Super Admins have the ability to grant Super Admin access to others.

Super Admins can seamlessly switch between client accounts to manage them.

Steps to Add a New Super Admin to the Power Platform:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Admin on the top right corner.
  2. Click on “MSP Settings
  3. Click on the Administrators tab.
  4. Under the Administrators tab, click on “+ Add Administrator
  5. Select the MSP as the customer under the Customer dropdown.
  6. Enter their First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password. The mobile phone field is optional. Check the “Super Admin” and the “Send Notification Email” boxes. This will send the new admin an email with their credentials and force the user to change their password after the first login.
  7. Click on Add.

That’s it, the new super admin has been added.

Steps to Add a New Site Admin to the Autopilot Platform:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Partner on the top left corner.
  2. Click on “Add Admin
  3. Under the Admins tab, click on “+ Add Administrator
  4. Enter their First Name and Last NameEmail Address. The mobile phone field is optional.
  5. Select “Site Admin – All Customers”.
  6. Click on Add.

That’s it, the new site admin has been added.
