Nvidia’s RTX 50-Series Cards Fail to Preserve Our Favorite Games From 10 Years Ago

Nvidia Geforce RTX 5080 Inside a PC Playing games with PhysX. Nvidia dropped support for 32-bit PhysX in its 50-series GPUs.

Nvidia dropping 32-bit PhysX from the RTX 50-series’ CUDA infrastructure is another sign that game preservation can’t depend on those making gaming hardware.
